Have never been off work for over 5 weeks in the last 28 years. This regimented lifestyle of reoccurring daily habits gets grinded into your soul after time. My duty is now to get out of that grind and create a much freerer come and go activity based lifestyle without the constraints of clock watching. Why should I care so much what time it is? Go to bed when you are tired. 9:45 or 12:45 what is the difference? I tend to wake up every day early anyway.
